I have always loved writing. One of the few memoires I have from primary school is of a poem I wrote.

I began to write regularly in my early twenties. At the time, I was a travelling musician and earned more than enough. So I started to send money home, safely hidden between the pages. Naturally, my mother loved these early stories, although she did say my spelling was atrocious – And she was right. Since then, I have improved. I now have a BA in English Language and Literature.

The idea of the Creation series (one long story) has been growing inside me for years, and as you can see, it has taken me years to complete. But I still don’t consider myself an author. I tell myself not everyone needs to be prolific, right? I hope this is true, as although I find writing fun, it is also very draining. Maybe it wouldn’t be if lots of people were reading my work – I’m going to have to wait for that.

For those of you who have read my books, you will notice I have tried to reference everything I recognized as inspiration. Music has always played an important role in my life, and can be seen in Creation. I have secretly added my own soundtrack.
